What's the deal?

"Dealers" is a feature film being made in Huntington, about Huntington, by the people from Huntington. "Dealers" is a dark comedy that follows the lives and antics of a group of antique dealers trying to get by in an ever changing world while clinging to -and selling- the past. We’ve proudly partnered with the Cinema Arts Center to help us raise the monies needed to make this film -why they've taken a shine to us is anyone's guess. More about these wonderful people below.

Who's in this thing?

The film is being directed by Huntington's very own, Daniel Moya (18 1/2) and produced in conjunction with Thaler Films, Huntingtonian filmmakers for over thirty years. Several actors are already attached to the project, but it needs to be a surprise, so join our mailing list and I’ll let you know when they let me. See everyone involved in the aptly named "About Us” section and check out the cool locations we’ll be shooting at in the ingeniously titled “Locations” section.

Tiers of joy*

Donating does not guarantee joy... but it is tax deductible**

We are proudly partnered with the Cinema Arts Center of Huntington, New York, in the making of this film. When you donate for our film, your contribution to Cinama Arts Centre is tax deductible** and a portion is retained by CAC to support their wonderful, nonprofit work. The CAC has been around and independently operated for over fifty years. The mission of the Cinema Arts Centre is to bring the best in cinematic artistry to Long Island, and use the power of film to expand the awareness and consciousness of our community. If that part sounds sophisticated, it is -their words, not ours. Find out more about the Centre here, or go take in a film.

Dealers is a feature length film, but many of the individuals who inspired parts have their very own documentary shorts.

We’ll be featuring some here and the Cinema Arts Center will be showing them too. Join our email list to find out. Go on -what’s one more email in your inbox.
